City of Casper Plains Furniture Study Stateline Architects conducted this condition assessment at the request of the City of Casper to provide them with a visual inspection and documentation of the buildings located within the Plains Furniture block. The aim of this assessment is to assist owners and potential developers in evaluating the feasibility of rehabilitating the existing structures while also identifying the qualities of each that make them candidates for inclusion in the local historic district that they may be preserved.
